About Priyanka

Priyanka has over a decade of experience in the space of learning & facilitation, assessments & HR consulting, and has designed and delivered learning interventions to corporate clients/ NGOs/Academic Institutions on various behavioral sciences and life skills.

She has a unique distinction of creating the right mix of experiential and lab methodology of facilitating both in-house and outbound learning interventions. Her facilitation skills have crossed boundaries of industries and has created ripples of desired behavioral changes in more than 5,000 manpower so far. She is also well versed in executing Life & Leadership Coaching sessions for Senior & Mid-Level management using Gallup Strength Coaching methodology.

A young & disruptive leadership facilitator for national & international clients, coach & mentor for mid-level sales team and an active contributor in Wikihow community, she is able to draw seamless parallels between theory and real life examples, making any intervention connected, coherent, relevant & result oriented.

 

Being closely connected to classical dance forms, her role-plays and simulations are closer to reality and impactful. She firmly believes that the human brain is trained to learn the most when “What is in it for me” gets answered.

She also has a keen interest to teach young minds about career choices & personality, Resume-Building, Selfie with Success, from campus to corporate journey etc. at various esteemed educational centers like- IISM Bhubaneswar and Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune, SSVP Dhule.
